Recreating our Cosmic Origins

For a Time, Under the Impression of Being Lost

Behind the impression of who we are
is our true face.

Regardless of form, and whatever shape it takes,
our true face, our spirit, the life we are,
simply is.
The life that we are
does not depend on the impressions that are felt, or witnessed.

It is only the impression of us, who is trying to find itself.
We are not that impression.

The image that we have of ourself is no more than a mere impression.
The belief that we are that impression
is the great illusion.

The image of ourself is rooted in the world of impressions,
and it seeks for itself within that world only.
Having arisen from this impression of a world, that world has become its only reality.

The world of impressions gives the impression of life,
and that impression of life appears so tangible, so real.
Its complexity is so captivating, its ''false-mystery'' is so entrancing.
It is so seductive...

The impression appears so real...
it even offers an impression of our self.
And thus,we have been deceived:
We are not that impression of our self.

Within the interpretation of our self, within the impression of our self,
we got lost.
We lost contact with our true, underlying, authentic self,  ...with the spirit that we are,
which simply is.
Having identified ourself with the impression of our self,
we have limited our so-called existence to the illusory world of form.
The fasle-identity, which we have come to believe is us, is therefore subjected to all the impressions that present themselves to us.
All the while, as our focus is directed to the world of impressions, we are kept away from our true identity.
We have lost sight of the spirit we are
behind the play of impressions in the world .
